Think back to the first few games you ever played. As a young person, laying on the living room floor or sitting with your Mom at the kitchen table. Remember the cardboard boxes that held those classic games, always colorful tops and white on the bottom, most likely held together with masking tape on the corners and always missing a few pieces/cards/dice whatever. If you are like us, one of your absolute favorites was a simple game with small cards that you placed face down on the floor in a grid pattern, then with a patient friend or relative, you took turns flipping over a card and trying to remember where on the grid its match was waiting. Remember the fist pumps and the “YESSSSSS” when you got a match? Remember what it was like shaking in anticipation of your turn while your partner struggled to remember where the other yellow puppy card was, and you KNEW it was the 3rd one from the top left!

It’s a great game and one that has endured because you don’t need to know how to spell, add, subtract or have any strategy other than simply to remember. It was much more than that however, it taught you patience, taking turns and my guess is you wondered and asked about the items on those cards. It was a chance for the people who cared about you to interact, to teach and to spend quality time with you.

This is our version of that classic game. No need to pack around a deck of cards, no matches to lose, no need for a large space to lay out the cards, just straight to the fun.

This is a competition! Race against the clock, best your own score or play against your friends. Make sure you type in your name for bragging rights on the High Score page!
